Florida Landlord Network is an independent, non-attorney service. We are not licensed by the Florida Bar to practice law. We do not provide legal advice, tell you your legal rights or remedies, or represent you in court. We urge you to consult a licensed Florida attorney before relying on any publication, using any document, or following any described procedure found on this site. If the property owner is an entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.), only an attorney can represent the property owner in court.

5. Eviction Service

Our eviction service assists landlords with self-help eviction by preparing and filing documents provided by the Clerk of the Court. Our principal service is to assist landlords with self-help eviction service. Our liability is limited to the fee that we charge for preparing your documents, and any and all liability regarding your eviction process is solely your responsibility. If your case is set for a Hearing, the property owner must attend.

6. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (eviction requests, community stories, feedback, referrals, or newsletter subscriptions), you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Community story submissions are reviewed by our team before public display. We reserve the right to edit or decline submissions.
