  • Per 1,000 Renters: Eviction filings per 1,000 renter-occupied housing units, providing a rate that accounts for county population differences.
  • YoY Change: Percent change in total filings compared to the same period in the prior year.
  • No data vs. zero: Counties with no data shown do not have available records. This is distinct from a county having zero eviction filings.
  • Source: Florida Housing Data Clearinghouse (UF Shimberg Center), based on Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers data. The majority of filings are residential.
