Corrections Policy
Implemented July 12, 2026
Our Commitment to Accuracy
Florida Landlord Network is committed to publishing accurate information. When we make an error, we will correct it promptly and transparently.
How to Report an Error
If you believe we have published incorrect information, please let us know. Use our feedback form or call 800-809-1530. Please include:
- • The article title or URL
- • A description of the error
- • Any source that supports the correction
How We Handle Corrections
- • Factual errors: We correct factual errors (wrong dates, names, statute citations, numbers) as soon as we verify the correction. The corrected text replaces the original.
- • Substantive updates: When new information significantly changes the meaning of an article, we update the article and note the update.
- • Minor edits: Typographical errors, formatting issues, and minor wording improvements may be corrected without a formal correction notice.
- • Retractions: In rare cases where an article is fundamentally inaccurate, we may retract it entirely.
Timeliness
We aim to review and respond to correction requests within a reasonable timeframe. The speed of correction depends on the nature of the error and the time needed to verify the correct information.
Non-Attorney Service
As a non-attorney service, our legal and regulatory content is informational. We cannot provide legal advice or confirm whether a specific law applies to your situation. For legal questions, consult a licensed Florida attorney.
