About Florida Landlord Network

In April 1998, Florida Landlord Network began as a small local landlord club made up of landlords looking for ways to better manage their business. By 2002, we expanded the Network across the entire state. Today, Florida Landlord Network serves thousands of landlords, real estate investors, and property managers throughout Florida and beyond.

Unlike most industry organizations, we do not rely on membership dues, transaction fees, or hidden paywalls to support our operation. Instead, Florida Landlord Network is funded primarily through our statewide Eviction Service, allowing us to freely provide landlord news, legal updates, educational resources, and practical business tools to the housing providers we serve.
